Success Stories:

There are so many great examples of how Reach for Youth staff have helped some challenged young people reach success. Here are a few. We will continue to be adding new stories and occasionally offering updates to past stories. Please return over time to review them.

Educational Workshops

Reach For Youth offers several one-day educational workshops for any interested youth (11-17). The workshops are designed to give youth information, skills, and resources specific to various topics.

Sometimes participating in an Educational Workshop is required by Juvenile Court officials, as part of a Teen Court sentence or as part of a Restorative Justice Reparations Agreement. However, any youth who is interested may participate in an Educational Workshop. No assessment is required to enter these workshops. To enroll a parent/guardian must call and provide intake information and be present at the start of the workshop to provide written permission for that child's to participation in the class.

Educational Workshop Topics include:

  • Conversion (shoplifting prevention)
  • Conflict Resolution
