Payment Methods

Fees vary per program and a sliding fee scale is available starting as low as $5. Payment plans, insurance and Medicaid are accepted.

No one is turned away for inability to pay.

The Tobacco Diversion Program is free to Johnson County residents due to partial funding by the Partnership for a Healthier Johnson Country and the Cinergy Foundation. The Nurturing Families program is free to all participants and funded by the Indiana Family and Social Service Administration.
