#GivingTuesday Campaign!

We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back!

On Tuesday, November 28, 2017, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.

Reach For Youth is joining in by leading our own #GivingTuesday campaign.

Our goal is to raise $12,000 to further our mission to empower Central Indiana youth and their families through prevention, intervention, counseling and youth development initiatives.

This year, we are going to try something new by utilizing ,Todah to collect our #GivingTuesday donations!

Todah helps organizations raise more money by simply changing the pattern in which people give. Here’s how it works: Say you have 200 people in a room and you ask them to line up and count off, “1, 2, 3…199, 200.” If each of those people gave their number in dollars, you would raise $20,100! AND no one would have to give more than $200. AMAZING, isn’t it?!
